Dump City Dumplings has been a favorite and familiar food cart in Central Oregon for many years. They’ve moved from their restaurant near the Old Mill District to Galveston Avenue on Bend’s westside. There you can find not only their signature dumplings, but things such as sandwiches, wontons, rice bowls, veggies and more.
