Trying to lose weight but can’t find the time or energy for it?

When it comes to weight loss, it’s difficult to follow a routine which is ideal for your hefty schedule. But now one influencer revealed how you can have it all. Lauren, who boasts 93,500 followers on Instagram, recently told fans how she managed to juggle her busy schedule along with fitness.

The Brit often shares her journey with fans and previously explained how she’s been able to see results despite her part-time degree, exam season and online coaching business. She said: “Let’s just say it’s been a busy few months. I really do think that exercise has been one of the biggest stress relieves!

“The routine of my training plan has helped me to stay focused and be efficient with my time. My training really does help me to de-clutter my thoughts.”

Speaking about her mornings, Lauren said she gets her workouts done first thing before starting work around 8:30am. She’ll go to the gym or head for a run at 6am, before finishing an hour and a bit later. Lauren added: “Getting this done early means that I can then finish work and just get started on my studying and online coaching work.

“Doing my training early also then left me feeling more productive! Accomplishing the hard task first thing made everything else seem much more do-able! I really recommend this for anyone to be honest, you get those post-workout endorphins all day long.” Speaking about one of the “key factors” in her routine, Lauren told how meal prepping helps her out pretty much all the time.

“It just means that I get some time in the evening to relax and do what I want to do, instead of just walking the dog, cooking dinner and working,” she explained. “Being strict with social things also really helped. I understood that I needed to prioritise my work and myself for a couple months, just to ensure I could perform the best I could.”

When it comes to her workouts, Lauren ensures she remains consistent. She also aims to beat her personal best and “looks forward to her sessions”. She concluded: “Usually with my life I like to live to a schedule, and time out my day with precision.
