The episode humorously depicted Reynolds and McElhenney on set, with much of the footage blurred for confidentiality. Reynolds, seen in costume and covered in fake blood, remarked, “There’s blood all over me,” suggesting a typical day on the Deadpool & Wolverine set. Director Shawn Levy also appeared in the background. Reynolds playfully avoided revealing McElhenney’s specific role, joking about the secrecy enforced by Marvel.

“Now, I can’t necessarily tell you which character Rob plays in Deadpool for fear of being shot down by the Marvel drone that follows me and my kids around,” he quipped. However, he did hint at a potential role for McElhenney as a TVA agent, a popular guess among fans.

Several Cameos Confirmed For Deadpool & Wolverine

Cameos in Deadpool 3 feature prominent superhero actors from past films, including Jennifer Garner reprising her role as Elektra. Additionally, the trailer has confirmed appearances by former X-Men actors, such as Aaron Stanford as Pyro and Kelly Hu as Deathstrike. Given these significant returns, it is likely that McElhenney’s cameo, if not as a TVA agent, will be a minor one.
