Brown Butter Goat Cheese Pasta with Sweet Corn & Butternut Squash

STEP 1

Roast butternut squash with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, chili powder, cinnamon, caynne, salt & pepper

STEP 2

Cook your pasta and your fav protein (I love adding chicken sausage!)

STEP 3

Reserve some pasta water, then drain your pasta and add it back to your pot

STEP 4

Brown some butter, then add it to the pasta

STEP 5

Stir in goat cheese, your reserved pasta water, salt & pepper until it's nice and creamy

STEP 6

Fold in the butternut squash, chicken sausage, and sweet corn

Serve with pickled jalapeños for a kick of heat and enjoy the perfect cozy meal!
