Better-For-You Homemade Spaghetti-Os

STEP 1

Add a halved bell pepper, sliced yellow onion & head of garlic to a baking sheet with olive oil, salt & pepper. Bake until tender

STEP 2

Blend the veggies together with chicken broth until smooth

STEP 3

Cook down tomato paste, dried herbs & spices in a pan with olive oil, then stir in broth and heavy cream

STEP 4

Pour in the roasted veggie sauce and salt, then fold in your pasta and cook until pasta is tender

STEP 5

Stir in parmesan cheese, taste, and add salt and a little sugar as needed

Garnish with extra parmesan, fresh basil & red pepper flakes and enjoy!
