She’s a CEO and founder after all, Paige. Danielle Olivera announced in an Instagram statement that she has made the “heartbreaking decision” to leave Summer House as a full-time cast member ahead of the Bravo reality show’s ninth season. “If I can’t put 100% of myself into filming, genuinely and authentically, it really doesn’t feel right doing it in a full time capacity. The network, production, my cast, and especially all of you deserve that,” Olivera wrote alongside a cast photo. “Right now I need to protect and prioritize the things that matter most to me – my company, my people, and of course myself.”

Olivera, who started the fashion app Donne, has been a main cast member since 2018 — except in season four, when she took on a reduced role as a part-time “Friend.” It’s unclear if she will be returning to make any cameos in the upcoming season, or if this will be a clean break. “However I’m involved this summer, you can bet I’ll be rooting for another incredible season from my Summer House fam,” Olivera said in her statement. If she’s really leaving for good … at least she got a chance to make up with her “arroz con pollo” bestie first? Olivera’s fight with Lindsay Hubbard was a key focus of the seventh season, but they were back on good terms by the end of the eighth season. Hubbard even shared Olivera’s announcement about leaving with a message of support on her Instagram Story: “We love you Dani girl.”
